Janelle Paquin

Hello, My name is Janelle and I am so happy to be Fitcamper of the Month!

I’m 23 years old and have been pretty active ever since I was young. I was always playing soccer, even helping to start a girls soccer team at my high school. As I got out of high school keeping active and finding things to do got harder. In university I played soccer once a week and regularly went to the gym. But once University was over I felt lost so I joined Beachbody and started my Insanity challenge. I completed the 60 day challenge and was literally I the best shape of my life. I have completed p90x, Insanity, Insanity the Asylum, and now T25. I lost the results I gained after completing Insanity because I didn’t stay committed and didn’t hold myself accountable.

On August 19, 2013 I started a Family Fitness challenge with my family! Since this challenge I have helped motivate my family to lose almost 50lbs together! I’m so proud of them and that I could help give them some key tools to motivate them in their journeys. I Joined Chanceformations shortly after embarking on this family Fitness Challenge back in September and it has really been the key to my success. Along with 5-6 workouts a week at home I attend 2-3 fitcamps per week. I leant how to eat clean and make healthy choices that now I don’t even have to think about the choices I’m making. Chanceformations has allowed me to push myself that extra distance. When I don’t think I can hold a wall squat any longer and Chance says if you break everyone’s doing burpees… Trust me I never break. I don’t want that burden haha. I love the variety in every class and how I never know what to expect at 5:15am on a Tuesday or Thursday morning. I also love that Chance is a very accommodating trainer. I hurt my wrist a year ago and have been struggling with the pain for a long time. Chance will take the time to modify a move specifically for me in each class. It is greatly appreciated. After I get treatment though… you better watch out!

Thanks Chanceformations for helping me achieve my fitness goals even if it meant having 20 women chase me around a field trying to pull my pony tail haha.
