He has over 15 years experience in the Fitness Industry and brings his extensive knowledge and first-hand experience to his business. Chance takes pride in offering each client the tools they need to successfully accomplish their own personal fitness goals. Chance competed in a WCNBF (Western Canadian Natural Bodybuilding Federation) competition and knows what commitment and dedication is needed to "make it". Understanding the client and taking care to deliver customized, personalized programs for each client and not a "cookie-cutter" workout is what has set Chance above the rest, as he is focused on his clients as people and puts the effort and consideration into each program as if it were his own. Carol Goddard has been involved in fitness for more than 20 years, and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre and Post-Natal Training Specialist. Carol brings with her the benefit of the “Been there, done that” experience. In the past 13 years, she has lost 70 pounds, given birth, run her own business, been a stay-at-home mom and a full-time homeschooler of her daughter, has run two half-marathons and worked hard to make fitness and health an integral part of her life. Carol is a single mom of a dance-crazy daughter, owns two huge unruly dogs, and has a serious weakness for all cookies.
Teresa Centanni has been in the fitness industry since 1987 in Vancouver, BC. Starting at the age of 10 in Italian folk dancing she then moved to modern jazz. Teresa taught in Kelowna ince 1993 and in 2002 moved to Calgary. Throughout the years of teaching, Teresa has taught kick boxing, steb Rebook, and just recently started teaching Zumba and will be finished her 200 hour yoga training this year. She loves to interact with each individual and help the new or old fitness enthusiast be the best they can be. Teresa lives in Calgary with her two teenage kids. When not teaching she loves to golf, play tennis and being outdoors.
